New: Ready-Made Meals

We also have our own Better Bodies gym next door to the restaurant. We prepare and sell also food for those who like to eat healthy after a workout or training exercise.

For this we made meals that are easy and fast to heat up (simply with a microwave) and still have a nutricious and high quality content (meaning high proteine/low fat).

1. Nasi Goreng Ajam Ritja (chicken): only 69 baht

Ajam Ritja is spicy chicken stewed for more than 1 hour in coconutmilk.

While the chicken is spicy, the coconut gives it a milder taste resulting in a complex and full taste.

Full flavour is coming in after 1 or 2 days, that is why we let the dish rest to give it that full taste that we all love so much about Indonesian food.

In combination with the Nasi Goreng (fried rice) this is not only a delicious meal, but also very healthy with lots of proteine and no fat.

2. Nasi Goreng Babi Bessengek (pork): now at 69 baht

The ‘bumbu’ (seasoning/condiment) is based on curry, giving this Babi Bessengek a yellow color.

The curry is mixed with other assorted spices together with coconutmilk.

After more than 2 hours simmering (kept at just below the boiling point) the mild flavor starts setting in. After that we give it 2 days to reach the optimum full taste that only DIFF Indonesian food can give you.

In combination with the Nasi Goreng (fried rice) this is not only a delicious meal, but also very healthy with lots of proteine and no fat.

3. Spaghetti Bolognaise (100% beef) + Parmezan Cheese: just 89 baht

Spaghetti Bolognese with Parmezan Cheese = complete meal (frozen)

A well known dish from Italy. The meat in our Bolognaise sauce is made of 100% pure beef. Making it not only very tastful, but also very healthy: lots of proteine and no fat.

Stack a few meals in your freezer, take out when you’re hungry. Put in the microwave for a few minutes, et voila! You have a delicious meal: fast, easy and healthy.

And you can rest assured that the quality is of high DIFF standard.
