Babi Pangek is piquant pork meat prepared with a recipe from Sumatra.
A very special mix of spices and herbs is used in the ‘bumbu’, including lombok (chilli) and coconutmilk, resulting in a spicy and tangy flavor.
It is simmered for 2 hours just below the boiling point until the pork is really soft. Then it is given a rest for 2 days in the fridge after which the taste becomes full and rich; ready to eat!
One package contains 300 gram.
