Daging Rendang has an intensely full flavour.
It is beef simmered and slowly cooked in coconutmilk together with our own secret ‘bumbu’ (mix of spices). We use an old traditional and original recipe coming from west central Sumatra.
The process is ready when the meat is soft and well-done. This can take anywhere between 2 ’till 5 hours.
After two days of rest it has the full taste and is ready to eat.
Packed in a 300 gram plastic container.
