We use an old traditional and original recipe coming from west central Sumatra.<\/p>\n<p>The process is ready when the meat is soft and well-done. This can take anywhere between 1,5 and 2 hours.<\/p>\n<p>After two days of rest it has the full taste and is ready to eat.<\/p>\n<p>One package contains 300 gram meat and sauce in a plastic container.<\/p>\n<p>You can choose to complement with either rice, nasi or bami.
