Babi Rendang has an intensely full flavour.
It is pork simmered and slowly cooked in coconutmilk together with our own secret ‘bumbu’ (mix of spices). We use an old traditional and original recipe coming from west central Sumatra.
The process is ready when the meat is soft and well-done. This can take anywhere between 1,5 and 2 hours.
After two days of rest it has the full taste and is ready to eat.
One package contains 300 gram meat and sauce in a plastic container.
